The right to respect for digital integrity is an emerging right to protect people's digital lives.
The right to respect for digital integrity is an emerging right to protect people's digital lives. The right to digital integrity has been added in the Geneva constitution with 94% of votes in 2023, and in Neuchâtel with 91% in November 2024. It will be voted in Zurich, Basel, Jura and Vaud.
The right to digital integrity includes: the right to be forgotten, the right to an offline life, the right not to be judged by a machine, the right not to be surveilled, measured and analyzed.
