We are calling for music nerds who want to perform for other music nerds at the 40C3.
Whether you have built your own instrument, use technology in imaginative ways to express yourself with music, are a contemporary DJ highlighting genres far outside the mainstream, part of a band with a constructive political message, or anything in between, we invite you to present at 40C3, from A like Ambient to Z like Zydeco.
Bands, live acts or any other music related performances are as well very welcome to apply. We are also calling for workshops, talks and any other interactive format. If you have an interest in something that connects music and hacking, and you have always wanted to talk about it, we would be happy to hear from you.
Please make sure to include as much information about you and your project as possible, in case you have special requirements such as space, technical requirements or other special needs: we’ll do our best to realize it.
Please note that 40C3 is not a music event, and we cannot pay any regular artist fee but contributions to your travel and accommandation expenses are possible.
Last but not least please do not forget to include a link to your actual work / music, otherwise your application can not be taken into consideration.
